Jeremy Burleson spent more than 30 years building a career in one of America's most demanding industries. From the ground up, he earned his place in transportation leadership — learning what it means to lead people through pressure, uncertainty, and the relentless pace of a business that never stops moving.
Those decades forged in him a practical, no-nonsense understanding of leadership: what it costs, what it requires, and what it produces in the people who commit to it. He didn't learn leadership in a classroom. He learned it in the field.
When Everything Changed
Then came the season that changed everything. In 2024, Jeremy faced a life-altering battle with substance misuse that nearly cost him everything — his career, his identity, his sense of direction, and ultimately his life.
But it didn't break Jeremy. It rebuilt him. Through that process — raw, difficult, and deeply personal — he discovered the resilience, faith, and purpose that now form the core of every message he delivers.
